• Limit payment plans to 12-months or less 
• Do not offer "multi-year" plans where patients pay for certifications in advance
• Do not advertise charging higher fees for patients without medical records
• Follow all rules and regulations of the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program and the Mississippi Department of Health
